Our Story

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company Quality Shopping Center Maintenance, Inc. (Q.S.C.M., Inc.), a hands-on operation, which has been in business for over thirty-five years. Q.S.C.M., Inc. is a 24 hour/one call contractor, servicing some of the largest and most respected property management companies in the country. The services we provide include shopping center sweeping, asphalt paving, infrared repairs, seal coating, crack sealing, line striping, concrete and snow plowing.
We are always looking towards the future by acquiring equipment utilizing the newest standards of technology. All of our trucks are GPS monitored 24 hours a day, and are equipped with two way radio/cell phones and digital cameras allowing us to be the eyes and ears for our center’s property owners and managers. We also provide services which require licensing such as plumbing and electric.
Q.S.C.M., Inc. stays on the cutting edge by attending the seminars and conferences pertinent to the industry such as the Construction Estimates Institute, the National Pavement Expo, the Asphalt Institute, etc. We are also a member of some of the most prominent sweeping and paving organizations including NAPSA (National American Power Sweeping Association), NPCA (National Paving Contractors Association), SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association) which helps keep us abreast of the newest innovations in the industry; allowing us to provide our clients with the best service possible.
